How a job runs
Survey
We measure every lite, photograph the glass, and check the glass type against the film maker's compatibility chart. That check is what keeps a window from cracking six weeks later.
Quote
Priced by the square foot, per elevation, with product data sheets. Attachment systems are itemized so you can see what the security spec costs.
Install
Evenings, weekends, or phased around your hours. Glass is razor-cleaned, film is applied wet and trimmed to a hairline gap, and the room is left the way we found it.
Cure and warranty
Film cures over about thirty days. No washing until then. Manufacturer warranty documents come with the invoice.

Questions we get
Will film crack my windows?
Only the wrong film on the wrong glass. Insulated units, tinted glass, and wired glass each have limits on how much heat a film can absorb. We check every lite against the manufacturer's compatibility chart before we quote, and the film's glass-breakage warranty applies when the pairing is right.
Does it go on the inside or the outside?
Inside, almost always. Exterior films exist for glass you can't reach from inside, like skylights and atriums, and anti-graffiti film goes on the outside by design.
Can I still see through privacy film?
Frost turns glass translucent: light comes through, shapes show, detail doesn't. A band leaves clear glass above and below it so the room still feels open.
Do we have to close the office?
No. We install evenings and weekends, or room by room around your day. Most tenants never see us.
How long does it last?
Ten to fifteen years is the typical commercial warranty and film usually outlives it. Anti-graffiti film is the exception; it's meant to be replaced when it takes a hit.
How do I clean it?
After the thirty-day cure, a soft cloth and mild soap or ordinary glass cleaner. No abrasive pads and no razor blades on the film side.
Do you wrap cars or fleet vehicles?
No. Buildings only. Nothing with wheels.
